The White Hall Ruritans awarded a $600 college scholarship to Ashleigh Pugh of Crozet at their summer picnic meeting June 27 at the White Hall Community Building. Pugh will attend Piedmont Virginia Community College and is entering the nursing program. She hopes to work at U.Va. Hospital one day.
