Crozet Library received over 40 entries this summer for their first annual Claudius Crozet: Don’t Leave Home Without Him Photo Contest.
Claudius traveled all over the world—China, Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, South America, Canada, as well as many parts of the U.S.A., as far as Alaska and Hawaii, and the nearby destinations of Sherando Lake and D.C.
Photos were submitted to one of four categories: Ages 5-11, Ages 12-18, Ages 19 & up, or Family. The contest was judged by Allie Pesch, Morgan Munson, and Misty and India Mawn.
The photos will be on display in the library lobby until mid-October. The library plans to repeat the contest again next summer.
