Crozet Fireman’s Parade June 27

crozet_paradeThe Crozet Volunteer Fire Department will host a summer celebration at Crozet Fire Department June 27 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There will be a Classic Car Show from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Music will be provided by Chick Tragic & The Roosters (2 to 3 p.m.), The Morris Family (4 to 4:30 p.m.), Eliza Run (6 to 8 p.m.), and Ronnie Johnson (8 p.m.).

There will be bingo and games, free children’s games and face-painting, and food will be available.

The traditional town parade on Crozet Avenue will be held at 6 p.m. beginning at Claudius Crozet Park and ending at Crozet School.

There is no admission fee and parking at the firehouse is free.

There is no fireworks show this year.

    • Yes, they’re doing fireworks at 10:30, according to Albemarle Family magazine.

      But what happened to the carnival with the rides? We were hoping for the whole shebang!
