This year’s winner of the $1,000 Crozet Great Valu Scholarship is Dominique Brown of Ivy, a student at Tandem School. She’s headed to Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond to study, probably, environmental sciences. She was recently named Sportswoman of the Year at Tandem for her contributions on the varsity basketball, volleyball and soccer teams. She’s first team all-conference in basketball.
