Linda S. Critzer, 79, of Crozet, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2022, at the Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital. She was born on January 8, 1943, in Clintwood, Va., to the late Maine and Alpha Kerr Smith. She was preceded in death by four older sisters and son-in-law, Brooke Johnson.
Linda is survived by her husband, Donald Critzer, of 58 years; one daughter, Sheila C. Johnson; and one son, Keven Critzer (Heidi). In addition she had three grandchildren, Matthew Johnson (Austin), Abigail Nowak (Zackery) and Koen Critzer; and one great-grandaughter, Grayson Elizabeth Johnson.
A graveside service was held at Rockgate Cemetery Saturday, October 29, 2022, with the Rev David Collyer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, family suggest that memorial contributions be sent to Western Albemarle Rescue Squad, P. O. Box, Crozet, VA 22932.
